• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays from suppliers, processing times may be extended. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value (details shown at checkout).

3. Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.

• European Union: 5–10 business days.

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, postal delays, carrier issues).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

• Some products may ship separately if fulfilled by different print partners.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applied to their shipment.

• I.R.ON is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

• We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
