Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

4. Refunds

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
